Principal's Welcome

Dear Buckeye Families and Community Members,

On behalf of all the members of the Buckeye Elementary staff, I would like to welcome you to the Buckeye Elementary. My name is Kevin Cadden, and I proudly serve as the principal of Buckeye. When I am not at school, I love spending time with my wife, Heather, and my three children.

When you step foot on our campus, you’ll quickly learn what makes Buckeye such a special place. We are a small country school, with a big heart where staff are committed to providing the very best experience for all students. We are a Gold Medal PBIS school that works with students on learning what it means to Problem Solve, Always Care, Work Hard, and show Respect across all school settings, at home, and in our community. In addition to working hard, we look for ways to have fun with kids every day.

One of the things that I love most about Buckeye is our sense of community. We are a school family and I love that our family’s partner with us to support student learning, growth, and enrichment. Like our school motto says: Together we make a difference.
