What: Girl Scout Open House & Ice Cream Social
When: Monday, February 24th 6-7:30 pm
Where: Light of the Hills Church 3100 Rodeo Road, Cameron Park
On Monday, February 24th there will be a Girl Scout Open House and Ice Cream Social. It’s open to all girls and their families Pre-K through 12th Grade. This event is for girls and their families not already involved with Girl Scouts.This is an opportunity for them to learn about the experiences available to them, as well as to meet local troops and see what they have done while in Girl Scouts. Families and girls attending will be able to go from booth to booth seeing examples of opportunities Girl Scouts offers, enjoy a scoop of ice cream and do an activity. They can come anytime during the open house and stay as long as they’d like.

School begins at 9:00!
All students arriving on campus at 8:40 will be directed to the lunch tables. At 8:50, students may line up by room number on the blacktop.
Wednesdays are still early dismissal days, so school will be dismissed at 2:15. Please have a prearranged pick-up location with your student(s). You may pick your student up by using either the drive-thru at the front of the school or the church parking lot. All students will be directed to one of these two locations upon dismissal.

Please save your used printer cartridges and turn them in to the office for recycling. We use the money they bring to buy school supplies. With our ink recycling program last year, we purchased 12 CASES of paper and all of our STAR testing pencils. This year, we have already purchased 8 cases of paper!Thank you for your team effort.
Buckeye Staff requests your support during our paper drive. We would greatly appreciate donations of 8 ½ X 11 20lb weight either white or colored. Please bring your donations to the Buckeye office.
Food and Nutrition Services
We welcome parents who wish to come and have lunch with their child(ren). If you plan on eating a school lunch, you need to call the office before 9:00 am to order an adult lunch and bring $3.25 with you that day. It is not possible to charge it to your child’s account. To order call 530 677-2277 ext 1200 or 1201.
